1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the win998 website at win998.pro, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and win998 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using win998 and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. win998 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a win998 account, the following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. win998 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and original deposits will be returned minus any bonuses received.
• Single Account: Each player may register only one win998 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to win998 must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, at win998 or any other gaming platform at the time of registration or continued play.
• Capacity: You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party. Playing on behalf of another individual, or allowing another individual to use your win998 account, is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not be resident in or accessing win998 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to decline accounts from any territory at its sole discretion.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

win998 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to provide any of the following at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account details)
• Source of funds documentation if requested under AML screening procedures

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management & Security

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win998 login credentials. win998 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify win998 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Until such notification is received, win998 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account activity.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all bets, deposits, and transactions conducted through your win998 account, whether made by you personally or by a third party who has gained access to your credentials.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. win998 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per month to dormant accounts after the dormancy period, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified before any such deduction takes effect.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your win998 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and remaining verified balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

win998 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT T RC20.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on win998 is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay or automatic return.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your win998 account within minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the minimum is reached.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: win998 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status. During peak periods or following large withdrawal requests, additional processing time may apply.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard AML requirement. win998 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and transactions on win998 are denominated in PKR. Conversion rates for USDT deposits and withdrawals are applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. win998 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Deposit Limits: win998 may impose deposit limits on accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via their account settings or by contacting support.
• Refused Transactions: win998 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected. In such cases, relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

win998 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your win998 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Contribution Rates: Not all games on win998 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games including Jacks or Better, live dealer games, and certain casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. • Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire in accordance with the validity period stated in each offer. win998 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time of the offer.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: win998 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-offer, the Company will honour the terms for any bonuses already credited.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on win998 are governed by the specific game and market rules published on the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until win998's system has accepted it and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during technical outages, server interruptions, or market suspension are void.
• Obvious Errors: win998 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, inverted odds, or data feed failures. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Cricket Betting: All PSL, Test, T20I, ODI, and domestic cricket markets are subject to win998's cricket betting rules. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or rescheduling, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket market rules published on the platform at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum Payout Limits: win998 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per player. These limits vary by sport and market and are subject to change. Where a payout would exceed the applicable limit, only the maximum payout will be credited.
• Prohibited Conduct: The following are strictly prohibited on win998: use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploitation of bonus offers in bad faith, collusion between players, and any other conduct that win998 reasonably considers to be detrimental to fair play or the integrity of the platform.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a casino game or Plinko drop, the affected round will be declared void and stakes returned. win998's decision on malfunctions is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Restricted Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any win998 content without the Company's prior written consent.
• Limited Licence: win998 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• User Content: Any content you submit to win998, including support communications and feedback, may be used by the Company for service improvement purposes. You grant win998 a royalty-free licence to use such content for these purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win998 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if win998 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect access. win998 will endeavour to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.
• Third-Party Links: win998 does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or products referenced or linked from the platform. Any interaction with third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
• Force Majeure: win998 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded, win998's total cumulative liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to win998 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win998 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to win998's internal dispute resolution process.

• Dispute Submission: To raise a dispute, players must contact win998 support in writing via the registered account email address, setting out the nature of the complaint in clear detail. win998 will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
• Escalation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in win998's licensing documentation.
• Bet Settlement Finality: All bet settlement decisions made by win998 in good faith and in accordance with published game rules are final. Disputes regarding settlement outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the settlement date.
• Language: All dispute communications shall be conducted in English. win998 is not obligated to respond to correspondence submitted in any other language.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

win998's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

win998 processes personal data in accordance with its obligations under applicable data protection law and the requirements of its international gaming licence, including KYC, AML, and responsible gaming verification procedures. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments & Severability

• Right to Amend: win998 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, game-specific rules, and any applicable promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and win998 with respect to the use of the platform, superseding all prior communications and arrangements.
• Waiver: The failure of win998 to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of win998's right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
